I love ordering from Missha.  I love the asian style appearance and asian skincare. Plus the FREE samples they send you of their other products.

My latest order is the Misa Cho Bo Yang Emulsion.  The ginseng is what really attracted me to it since I used up a sample of my Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng Cream.  The Sulwhasoo Ginseng Cream full sized jar is $220!!!! For 60 ml’s!!

So yea, this frugal beauty girl is NOT spending that much for a cream regardless!   I would seriously have to win the jackpot lotto before I spend that kind of money on a beauty face cream.  Who’s with me??

Here’s the gorgeousness of Misa Cho Bo Yang Emulsion

It’s a 100 ml bottle for $28!

The cost is much more to my liking.

It basically does the same thing for cheaper and for more product.

The Missha website says this about Misa Cho Bo Yang Emulsion:

Carefully selected traditional oriental medicine is combined with potent Wild Ginseng to firm up skin and minimize the visible effects of skin aging. Deer Antler Velvet pampers skin with lush moisturizers to increase elasticity and improve suppleness. Also pure gold ingredient penetrates deeply into skin to purify and brighten up skin tone.

I love the packaging and all the freebies they sent.

Just look at the cap of the bottle.

Here’s the back of it.  I have absolutely no idea what it says since it’s written in  Korean I believe.

misa cho bo yang emulsion

It has a pump, which I love about creams.  I really don’t like having to dip my fingers inside a jar and possibly inserting germs in it. It pumps out a perfect amount.  I used 2 pumps for my face.

I have combination but more on the oily side.  I put this on today after my shower and under my Hourglass Immaculate foundation and I had no oil peeking out.  So, this passes the test for oily skin usage.

Here’s everything that they sent me and I will be trying every single last bit of them.

Missha Misa Cho Bo Yang Emulsion

Even though today is my 1st usage of this, I’m loving it already.

Have you purchased anything from Missha that you absolutely love?

GlamGlow SuperMud First Impression Review

I’m sure if you’re into facials, cosmetics,  skin care,  hair care,  the beauty industry,  etc…… Then you’ve heard of this thing called GlamGlow SuperMud.  It’s supposedly the Holy Grail of skin care.

GlamGlow SuperMud First Impression Review

I’ve read tons and tons of reviews, watched YouTube videos, etc and I woke up yesterday and said, “Damnit,  I gotta try it!”

Told my kiddos, “Get up, get dressed, we’re going to the mall!”  Sephora to be exact!

I was already in the hunt for a new foundation, which I decided on Hourglass Immaculate Foundation.  So, I was now going for two things!

This year I’m really getting serious on my skin care routine.   I’m not getting any younger and I want to make sure that I can at least work on slowing down the time of gravity to my skin.

You’re gonna see some super close up pictures of my very bare, no makeup, flaws and all naked face!  You have been warned!!

The way the GlamGlow Clearing SuperMud is supposed to work is it pulls out all the grossness that’s in our skin while it’s on.  You’ll see EVERY pore on your face!!

It’s supposed to grab all that gunk and toxins out, shrink your pores, smooth your skin like a newborns bottom,  firms your skin, clears your complexion, brightens your skin, fights unwanted breakouts, speeds up the healing process of your current breakout, and gives you an all-around youthful gorgeous face!

Now for $69 for 1.2 fl ounces, it better darn do ALL of those things!

I do have to say that the packaging is Glamorously Gorgeous!  I was lucky enough to get the gift set that includes the GlamGlow YouthMud for the price of the GlamGlow Clearing SuperMud, so SCORE for me!!

This is just my First Impression Review, so later I’ll be able to give you full details of the long run.

After I took a nice hot shower to open my pores, I went ahead and grabbed my MAC 190 brush and the GlamGlow SuperMud and applied a thin layer quickly on my skin.  It starts to dry almost instantly. I used a brush because it glides on smoother and evenly and I wouldn’t have to waste any of this super expensive mud!

Who would have thought that my frugal self would spend $69 on MUD!!

Anyways……..Here’s those pictures that I warned you of!!  These are the Before & After side by side of the nose, right side cheek, left side cheek, and full frontal!

I can totally see and feel the difference!!

The scent of the product is amazing.  Which is a definite plus since it’s on our face. We don’t want to have to smell some nasty chemicals/ingredients near our nostrils.

Is it worth the HYPE Hollywood’s finest are giving it?

After just my 1st use, YES it’s worth all the hype and $69!

Supposedly,  with this little jar of youth, you’re able to get 17 full usages.

Can you see the difference?

What are your thoughts?  Chime in!  I want to hear what you have to say!

Zoya Nail Polish and Nail Treatments

Today I wanted to share with you my thoughts on the Zoya 2014 Spring Naturel Collection and Zoya’s Nail Treatments.

oya nail polish and treatments

If you’ve been following my posts about Zoya nail polishes, then you’ve seen that I fell in love with the colors of the Naturel collection because these are all colors that I can wear in my uniform at work.  Due to me being in the military,  we have to wear neutral colors that sets the professional image and to be able to feel feminine at the same time.  If I have to wear combat boots all day, I want to feel like a woman as well.

Enough about that.

I purchased the Zoya Naturel collection once it hit online!

I have worn each color from the nail collection at least once.

I also have the Zoya Color Lock Nail Treatment System and used it with each color from the Naturel collection.

In the Naturel Nail collection the colors are from Left to Right in the picture above on the top shelf are:  Chantel, Taylor, Rue, Brigitte, Odette, and Normani

The Color Lock Nail Treatment System on the bottom shelf from the picture above from Left to Right consists of: Anchor,  Get Even, Armor,  Fast Drops, and Renew.

Now I wore each of the colors for at least a week. I get a little antsy with switching up the colors because I don’t like to have on the same color for long. Without the Color Lock System on my nails, I had some chipping.  Not a lot but there were some.  With the Color Lock System,  there were no chipping but slight fading at the tips from typing and everyday dealings.

With the Taylor nail polish, there was some bubbling with the Color Lock System, but with just the color, it didn’t bubble.   So, I think something with the Taylor nail polish and the Color Lock System just don’t get along with each other.  I tried that twice and the same results happened with the bubbling.

My favorite color from the Zoya Naturel collection is Normani.

Overall, I’m in love with this collection and I would and have recommend it to others, especially women in the military.

I used two coats for a full opaque coverage.

Make sure you search my other posts on the Zoya Naturel collection here on the website.

Until next time Dolls!
