My First Impression on Zoya’s Color Lock Nail Treatment System
I received my Zoya Color Lock Nail Treatment System on Thursday, Jan 2 and I was so excited to try this system out. If you haven’t seen my post on the arrival and contents of the system click HERE.
This system is suppose to keep your nail polish looking fresh and keeps the polish in place for an extended time.
I removed my old nail polish with the Remove +, it also preps your nails for the nail polish. I put a coat of the Anchor on, which is the base polish, then I chose the color Normani from the Zoya Naturel Collection. I put on two coats of the Normani then I put the Armor (Top Coat) on. After that I put a drop of the Fast Drops on each nail to get them dry fast.
I normally schedule a time to do my nails where I know I won’t be doing anything with my hands. It’s normally always when I’m lounging on my couch watching a show.
The Fast Drops seriously made my nail polish dry fast. I kept doing the thumb print test to see if it would smudge a little. I think it dried in less than 10 minutes.
To me that’s fast considering having put 4 coats of products on my nails.
Here’s a few pictures. Now I forgot to take a picture when I first put the products on. I was too into the show that I was watching then fell asleep.
These pictures are with the Zoya Color Lock System on for 3 days.
Not one smudge, bubbling, chip, or tip fading.
I’ve read several reviews with different opinions on this system.
One from The Polish Addict and one from Scrangie.
I started to get nervous when I started reading the reviews because at one point Scrangie had terrible bubbling in her first review HERE but had since did another review HERE.
So far so good for my personal nail thoughts.
I’ll keep you posted on my final thoughts and review on the Zoya Color Lock System.
Until next time Dolls
Have you tried this system out yet or do you have another system that you use?
