Jumping on the Rodan + Fields Lash Boost Bandwagon

Lash Boost Eyelash Serum

I’ve been seeing posts on my Facebook and Instagram feed like crazy on this Lash Boost serum. I’m a skeptic when it comes to seeing all those sponsored FB/Instagram posts on my feed.

I need to see results from personal people I know and see.  I also have a few friends that are Rodan + Fields consultants.  I like to see when my friends post pictures of their own experiences and results and not the company provided pictures.

This may make me sound snobby or just a little rude…but I just like to call it, “truthfully blunt.” When someone is selling something, I want to make sure they are using it themselves and seeing results.  Especially when it come to consultants for any weight loss company, I don’t want to see pictures of other people’s results that they don’t know. I want to see their results!

My friend Jessa has amazing lashes! She’s also my MAC Cosmetics enabler. If you’ve been a follower of my blog then you’ve seen her in one of my posts. If not, then you can see it here. You can see her amazing long ass eyelashes! I get jealous every time I see her. So after seeing her results, I had to jump on the Roden + Fields Lash Boost bandwagon. If you’re looking for a Rodan + Fields consultant and need to order or reorder, head over to her site here.

I do have long upper lid lashes, but my Islander blood makes them pretty damn straight and thin. I have to use an eyelash curler for people to see them. Now, my lower lashes are pretty non-existent. That’s one of the main reasons I really wanted to try this Lash Boost. I want to be able to have dark, thick, longer, and healthier lashes. It’s the vainness within me. Who doesn’t want to have lashes like that? I mean, people spend tons of money for extensions, falsies, and serums to get them. So, I know I’m not alone.

I just started, so my next post will be at the 4 week mark with my before (Day 1) picture and after (4 week) picture.

I’m not a consultant so I’m not trying to sell you anything. That may change though, pending my personal results. I’m a single mother, so I know how I’m very stingy and careful on what I spend my money on. For this Lash Boost, it’s $150! So best believe, I’ll let you know from my results, if I recommend it or not.

On to how to use it…
Jessa told me after I do my nightly face cleansing, to just use one swipe along my upper lash line to each eye and to remove any excess. It’s just like applying a liquid eyeliner but this is a clear solution. You’ll get use to exactly how much you’ll need on each swipe. When you take the brush out of the container, it actually has more on the brush than you’ll need. She also told me that I don’t need to apply any to my lower lash line because when I blink naturally, it should transfer. BUT I’m a rebel and don’t pay attention to all instructions. I just add a little swipe to my lower lash line of the leftover product on the brush. I don’t use any extra product.

Lash Boost serum review

You may have a few questions, just like I did, like…
(The following is from Rodan + Fields)

What is Lash Boost?
It’s a nightly eyelash conditioning serum to enhance the natural appearance of your lashes in just 4 weeks, for lashes that are fuller-looking, longer-looking, and darker-looking.
*Best results at 8 weeks

What Does Lash Boost Do?
It uses Multi-Med® Therapy to moisturize, nourish and protect lashes.

  • Panthenol and Sodium Hyaluronate attract moisture to the lash, promoting flexibility and resilience.
  • Biotin and Keratin infuse protein to help protect against future damage.
  • Peptides provide nutrition to the lashes, enhancing durability and supporting a more voluminous appearance.

What Results Should I Expect with Lash Boost?
Based on consumer testing, participants experienced lashes that appear longer, fuller and darker lashes within 4 weeks. It is recommended to continue using Lash Boost for at least 8 weeks for best results.

How To Use Lash Boost?

It should be used nightly along the upper lash line. Do not use over areas of sensitivity, redness or irritation. For best results, use Lash Boost every evening using the following steps:

  1. Wash your face before applying Lash Boost. Eyes should be completely clean and dry. Do not use any leave-on products underneath Lash Boost, including eye cream.
  2. Apply Lash Boost along the upper lash line of your left and right eyes. Dip the brush in the product only once per eye and wipe off any excess product from your eyelid or lashes.
  3. Product should only be on the lash line. Gently wipe off any excess product from your eyelid or lashes.
  4. Wait approximately 90 seconds until product has dried before going to sleep or applying additional products around the eye area. Do not wash your face or eyes after applying.

If you get the product in your eye(s), rinse with water. For some, a mild tingling sensation may occur upon application. It should improve within a few minutes and disappear completely with continuous use. If any tingling, itching, or redness persists or is not tolerable, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

I’ll keep you updated on my 4 week mark and let you know how I feel about this Rodan + Fields Lash Boost serum.

Until next time…

  1. I’ve been wondering about this for awhile now. I have several friends who sell R&F but do not know anyone personally who has tried this so I am looking forward to seeing an update from u!

    1. I’m a relatively new consultant for Rodan and Fields. I previously worked in Dermatology for 16 years and can honestly say I love all of our products. I can tell such a difference in my skin, I didn’t realize how dehydrated it actually was. I hope you try Lash Boost, I’m loving my thicker, darker, longer lashes !!
