My thoughts on Urban Decay’s Naked Skin foundation.
If you’re looking for a new light weight, barely-there feeling type of foundation that provides a “natural beauty look,” you may want to head to your nearest Sephora or Ulta stores and get them to shade match you with one of the 18 different shades of Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation. This foundation is light, but provides a great coverage to get a flawless appearance.
Urban Decay’s Naked comes in eighteen different shades and provides a semi matte finish that allows you to build the coverage you desire. You can have it as a light or build it up to a full coverage without it feeling all caked up.
The shades come in full and half numbers. If that makes any sense. Full numbers are the “warm” shades and the half numbers are for “cool” shades. For myself, I am in shade 7.0.
It comes in a sleek pump applicator bottle with 1 fl oz (30 ml’s) of goodness. It is also very liquidy, but that’s not a bad thing, trust me. They also made a blurring brush just for this foundation to get that air brush look but I opted out and I just use my Sigma F80 brush. By the way, I love my Sigma brushes, but I can rave about those in another post.
Individuals with super oily skin, like myself, may want to give this a go! With the weather changing to the Fall season, this is a go-to foundation for oily skin.
The only thing i would really love for them to do with this foundation is to have it with SPF. Especially for me since I live in Florida.
Naked Skin can be purchased online, at Sephora stores, or Ulta stores for $39.00.
I love this product and brand! They never disappoint.
If you’ve tried this foundation or just Urban Decay in general, what are your thoughts?
